SACS Housing Attendant™ can provide information concerning application for housing, applicant waiting list position, as well as balance and rent information for current residents. The system supports multiple languages to meet your agency’s needs. All the applicant/tenant has to do is call the system by telephone and enter a SSN or HUD Alternate ID.
No complicated installation necessary. A dedicated computer is not required; you can use one of your existing computers. You only need a dedicated extension or phone line. Voice over IP is available.
